Please do check the actual event page that the changes have been informed on Tiketti pages. If the event is cancelled or rescheduled, we will send the instructions (regarding ticket returns) to the email address that you have given us at the time of order.
The instructions will also be updated on our website with each cancelled/rescheduled event. We are actively following the situation and will inform our customers as soon as further information is given.
We will deduct a ticket specific handling fee with ticket returns of cancelled / rescheduled events.
If the original order has been paid by card or credit payment methods (MobilePay, Siirto, credit- and debit cards, Op-lasku, Afterpay), the money will be refunded only to the original customer and to the original order's payment method, according to the Consumer Protection Act.
Your refund request will be handled within 30 working days.
You will receive a receipt for the refund in your email once the refund has been made.
