If a ticket gets lost, torn or stolen, contact Tiketti Customer Service.
- Tiketti and the event organiser do not assume any liability for lost, stolen or destroyed tickets, but in these cases not all hope is lost.
- If you lose your PDF or Mobile ticket, they can in some cases be annulled and reprinted with a new ticket code against a 5 € comission fee per ticket. We recommend registration as Tiketti customer so that your tickets are stored in the My Tiketti service.
- If your ticket gets torn, keep all parts of the ticket. Often the tickets are controlled electronically so it is important that the bar code and series of numbers stay readable. If the control section goes missing, the ticket is no longer valid.
