Get Electronic Tickets 

Tiketti tickets are easily accessible in every case.

Case: I always lose all pieces of paper and I really could not be bothered to leave my sofa right now.
Solution: Get a PDF ticket.

  1. Make the purchase online or over the phone and choose PDF as the delivery format.
  2. After payment, you will receive two e-mail messages: a receipt and the PDF tickets.
  3. Open the file on your mobile’s screen or print the tickets to take with you and show them at the entrance.

Read more:

  • Tickets are read electronically at the event entrance, and the unique bar code will only work once for the event in question.
  • If an order includes tickets to more than one event, tickets to different events will be sent in their own messages.
  • Free-of-charge Adobe Reader software can be downloaded for opening and printing the PDF file. (Download)
  • The event’s info icon enables you to check whether PDF tickets are available for the event.
  • If you are registered when making the purchase, the tickets are also stored and available for printing in My Tiketti.
  • The name of the person placing the order is printed on the PDF ticket, but it can be forwarded just like any other e-mail and the ticket can be used by anyone.
  • For tickets for events where the name of the ticket holder is separately requested, the tickets are named when sold and are personal.
  • After online bank payment, the tickets will arrive in approx. one hour. If a credit card payment is not secured, it may take one weekday. Tickets paid with an invoice take a few banking days.
  • If the ticket does not come, and you have checked your spam folder and that there is still room in your e-mail box, contact Tiketti Customer Service info@tiketti.fi/+358 10 843 1611 (Mon–Fri 10 am–6 pm).
  • If you place an order electronically on the day of the event when Tiketti is closed, contact the event holder in case of problems.

Case: It would be nice to get a text every once in a while.
Solution: Get a Mobile ticket.

  1. Make the purchase online or over the phone and choose a Mobile ticket as the delivery format.
  2. You will receive an SMS to your phone that contains a link to your ticket.
  3. Open the ticket in your phone and show it at the event entrance.

  • Tickets are read electronically at the event entrance, and the unique barcode will only work once for the event in question.
  • The Mobile ticket can be sent to a mobile with an Internet connection.
  • The event’s info icon enables you to check whether Mobile tickets are available for the event.
  • We recommend opening the ticket in your smart phone well before the entrance so that entering takes place smoothly.
  • The SMS also includes the ticket’s control number that can be used to verify the authenticity of the ticket.
  • The Mobile ticket can be forwarded just like any other SMS and the ticket can be used by anyone, even if the name of the person placing the order is printed on it.
  • For tickets for events where the name of the ticket holder is separately requested, the tickets are named when sold and are personal.
