Right of withdrawal
In certain situations, you have the right to cancel a product purchase made from the online store within 14 days. You can use this form to submit a cancellation notice for products that are covered by a valid right of withdrawal.
Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Submitting a cancellation notice
If the product you purchased is covered by the right of withdrawal under the Consumer Protection Act, you can submit a cancellation notice within 14 days of receiving the product.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to cancel the contract in an unambiguous manner by using the cancellation form (link to form) or by emailing our customer service at [email protected].
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notice of exercising the right of withdrawal before the cancellation period expires.
Effects of cancellation
If you cancel a product order, we will refund the price of the product as well as the order fee without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days after we have received your cancellation notice. We will make the refund using the same payment method that you used for the original order.
If the original order was paid for using a card or credit payment method, the payment will be refunded to the original customer and the original payment method through cancellation of the credit agreement, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. Products paid for with cultural benefits will be refunded to a personal Tiketti gift card.
You must return any physical products without undue delay and no later than 14 days after submitting the cancellation notice. The deadline is met if you send the products back before the 14-day period expires. Address: Eerikinkatu 36, 00180 Helsinki.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent the product back.
Please note that you are responsible for the direct costs of returning the products.
Additional information
When you return a product, you will receive your money back, excluding any delivery costs. The delivery fee covers costs arising from delivering the product, which are incurred at the time of sale.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the products resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
You will receive a receipt for the refund by email once the refund has been issued.
