Get Paper Tickets 

Tiketti tickets are easily accessible in every case.

Case: I want a traditional ticket that I can hang on the fridge door with a magnet and a bit of exercise
Solution: Collect your ticket from an outlet.

  1. Make the purchase or booking at the Tiketti online shop or over the phone.
  2. Take the order number and ID card with you.
  3. You can also purchase a ticket at the outlet without a booking or pre-purchase.
  4. Head to the nearest Tiketti outlet (See the closed outlet)
  5. Go home and hang the ticket on your fridge door.

More information:

  • The collection time of a ticket purchased in advance depends on the payment method: an online payment is valid immediately, a credit card payment goes through in one weekday, and a bank transfer made with an invoice takes a few banking days.
  • Tickets can also be collected on the day of the event during opening hours.
  • Tickets can be added or deducted from a booking at the time of collection.
  • At the outlets, the tickets are printed on ecological, orange FSC certified thermal paper. The ticket material does not stand heat, extended exposure to light or contact with PVC plastic.
  • You can authorise another person to collect the tickets by sending an e-mail to info@tiketti.fi or by responding to the order confirmation.

Case: I open the door to R-Kioski more often than my e-mail.
Solution: Collect your tickets from R-Kioski.

  1. Make the purchase or booking over the phone or at the online shop.
  2. Take the order number and ID card with you.
  3. Head to the nearest R-Kioski, indicate the order number and collect the tickets.

More information:

  • An additional fee of €1 is charged for tickets collected from R-Kioski.
  • You cannot place an order at the kiosk, you need to book or pay for the tickets in advance.
  • If you would like to modify a booking to be collected from R-Kioski, call Tiketti Phone Service +358 600 1 1616 (€1.78/min + local network charge; open daily 9 am–9 pm) before collecting your order. You can only collect complete orders from R-Kioski.

Case: All I get in the mail are invoices, although I love nice letters.
Solution: Order tickets to be delivered by mail.

  1. Make the purchase at the online shop or over the phone.
  2. When the payment is made, the tickets will be sent to the address you provided.
  3. All you need to do is wait excitedly for the postman.

More information:

  • The tickets are delivered by express mail within Finland and by registered mail abroad.
  • The mailing fee is €8/order in Finland, €10/order within the EU and €25/order outside the EU.
  • If the letter does not arrive within a week of payment or at least two weekdays before the event, contact Tiketti Customer Service info@tiketti.fi/+358 10 843 1611 (Mon–Fri 10 am–6 pm).
