Delivery fees:
- Kivra Ticket 0 € / order
- PDF-ticket sent to email 1 € / order
- Mobile ticket sent to a mobile phone 1 € / order
- Collection from an outlet 3 € / order
- Collection from R-kioski 1 € / ticket + 3 € / order (max. 20 tickets / order)
- Express post delivery within Finland 15 € / delivery
- Registered post within EU 20 € / delivery
- Registered letter to outside EU 30 € / delivery
Possible additional charges:
- Using PayPal adds 4,2 % + 0,43 € to the total amount.
- When paying with Cultural Benefit, the Payment Provision is from + 2,8 % to + 4,6 %
- The service fee for serial cards is always 3.50 € + 0.30 €/ticket, according to the number of tickets to which the card gives entitlement. For example, when a serial card entitles you to purchase ten event tickets, the service fee is 6.50 € (i.e. 3.50 € + 10 x 0.30 €).
- R-kioski will charge also collection fee of 3 € per giftcard order and R-kioski payment 1 € per giftcard.
- For ticket returns for a canceled / rescheduled event, we will not refund the service fee of 1.5 - 5.5 € paid in connection with the ticket purchase.
- A ticket specific upgrade fee 7,50 € per ticket, regarding events that have the option to update tickets to another day or to a more expensive ticket.
- Invoicing fee for online billing 15 €.
