Collecting your ticket from R-kioski + 1 € / ticket
The servise fee to serial cards is 3,50 € (not depending on the price of the card)
+ 0,30 € per every event the card allows entry to. Example: If you purchase a serial card that allows entry to 10 events, the service fee is 6,50 € ( 3,50 € + 10 x 0,30 €)
Posting fee inside Finland + 7 € / order
Posting fee to EU countries + 10 € / order
Posting fee outside EU + 25 € / order
Payment method extra for online credit card payments + 1 % of your order’s total sum.

also other products such as t-shirts or books please get also acquinted

NOTE! We are checking the credit card payments manually. Checking takes max. 1 working day
Please, check your ticket carefully. Paid tickets cannot be changed or returned. The event organizer is in charge of the event and all possible cancellations or changes in the program as well as of VAT as the Law requires. Tiketti acts only as the ticket seller.
Ticket Terms of Service
The customer is responsible for checking all the details of the
event (show time, age limit, opening hours) and making sure that the
event is not cancelled. In case the event gets cancelled, the service
and delivery fees are not returned in refund. Tiketti informs customers
about event cancellations by e-mail if the customers have provided their
e-mail address information in ticket purchase.
Tiketti or the event organiser are not responsible for and do not refund lost or damaged tickets.
If there are discount tickets for special groups available
(student, pensioner, children etc.) the ticket holder should be prepared
to show their certificate/ card when entering the event.
The orders are valid only until the given due date. The reservation times vary according to the event. Please, check the length of reservation when making your order. If the order or invoice is not paid by given due date, the order gets cancelled automatically and the tickets are returned back in sale. If you do not collect reserved tickets / pay invoice by the due date, the reservation will be cancelled automatically.
Resale of purchased tickets is not allowed without permission of Tiketti.
In case an event has a maximal sale limit per customer, Tiketti has a right to cancel a purchase that exceeds the limit and invalidate the extra tickets in the customer’s order.
Pre-paid tickets are handed over only to the purchaser personally. Authorization for another person to collect the tickets can be made by email in the address email@example.com. Please be prepared to show your ID when collecting the tickets. Tickets paid in advance can be collected from Tiketti outlets and R-kiosks as late as on the event day according to opening hours of the outlets / kiosks.
Tiketti sells and delivers also other products in addition to tickets. These products can be purchased directly from Tiketti outlet in Helsinki or ordered by mail from Tiketti web store. The product prices contain VAT. Tiketti reserves the rights to change product prices.
Product Terms of Service
Products can be ordered to be delivered home by mail. Products will be delivered by registered mail (cost 7 € / order in domestic mail, 10 € / order in EU countries and 25 € / order outside EU countries). The product will be delivered in 10 working days. If you haven't received your order in this time, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
You have the right to return unused products (NOT applicable to ticket purchases) purchased from Tiketti web store within 14 days of reception. This does not include products purchased straight from Tiketti outlet in Helsinki or nor is this applicable to ticket purchases. The returned product should be unused and packed appropriately for shipment. When returning your product please contact us at email@example.com.
