Slayer and Megadeth to Helsinki Icehall in Spring

| Two of the worlds biggest thrash metal pioneers Slayer and Megadeth arrive to Finland when touring Europe on "The Carnage Tour". The two metal giants will perform at Helsinki Icehall on Thursday march 17. Tickets will be available on Tuesday February 1.

Slayer have been active since early 80's and is considered to be one of the worlds toughest bands. The band has renovated thrash and speed metal since their early career and challenged their listeners aswell viewers throughout the years. Slayer have caused also resistance in religious groups with their lyrics moving in such topics as serial killers and satanism. Their metal has evolved to even more rough throughout the years and the band's effect on metal music nowadays is undeniable as many of todays metal groups name Slayer as one of their biggest inluences.

Lead by Dave Mustaine Megadeth have been one of the most successful thrash metal groups selling over 20 million albums and touring worldwide many times. Their musical talent and technique is definetely top of their genre and their talent has been noticed also beoynd metal music.
