| My Chemical Romance return to Finland in March. The band has gained massive fame in recent years and having just released their fourth album ”Danger Days: The True Lives Of The Fabulous Killjoys” the band arrive to Hartwall Arena, Helsinki, on Sunday March 20. Tickets will be available on Monday December 13.
Founded in 2001 My Chemical Romance released two albums before their breakthrough album ”The Black Parade” (2006). Their single ”Welcome To The Black Parade” rose to first place in charts worldwide and the band gained several awards and was awarded as the band of the year in many music magazines. The band's alternative rock has been influenced by Queen among many others and their hit album with it's dark ambiance and theme gained new fans worldwide.
”Danger Days: The True Lives Of The Fabulous Killjoys” is also a theme album build around a comic book with the same name, made by the band's singer Gerard Way. The album's stories are placed in year 2019, when the group of four outlaws rise against giant corporation Better Living Industries. Their first single ”Na Na Na (Na Na Na Na Na Na Na Na Na)” has become a huge hit and it has gained lots of radioplay also in Finland. ”Danger Days: The True Lives Of The Fabulous Killjoys" rose to top ten also in Finnish album charts when released.
My Chemical Romance was last seen in Finland in 2007 when the band performed to sold out Helsinki Icehall.
