The shoegaze indie rock band The Pains of Being Pure at Heart will conclude their massive European tour in Helsinki this fall. The band was seen at last year’s Flow Festival and now they will be playing their first club venue in Finland on Monday, November the 12th at Korjaamo. The ticket sale begins this Friday on August the 24th.
The Pains of Being Pure at Heart began their success with a nameless debut album in 2009. Soon the music medias and blogs were full of this innovative quartet. The band’s drive continued with the second album “Belong” in 2011 that gained still more positive reviews and praises and shipped the band off for a world tour that included also Flow Festival 2011 in Helsinki. The gig will be opened with the most talked about Finnish fresh indie rock band Black Twig. The band released last spring their debut album “Paper Trees” and has since been seen around the country in our best clubs and most popular festivals.
