| In the middle of february 2010 a four-cd box ”Slap That Bass! - The Story of Finnish Rockabilly & 50's Style Rock'n'Roll 1979-2009” will be released. The box includes the history of finnish underground movement of 50's rock'n'roll music. To celebrate this unique release, Slap That Bass! -festival will be held at combined venue of Tavastia and Semifinal on february 19th 2010.
Performing at Slap That Bass! -festival are Melrose (playing with their 1986 line-up: Tokela, Repa and Jami), The Slippers, the rockabilly -legend Buck Jones, and new rising star Mike Bell & The Belltones and two bands that will be announced next year. Music will also be played by Dj's Slim Mike & Hank.
