| Legendary doom metal band Pentagram arrive to Korjaamo, Helsinki on April 24th. The concert is part of the band's 40th anniversary tour and also their first show in Finland. Tickets will be available on November 1st.
Known as the pioneers of doom metal Pentagram was founded in 1971. Lead by singer Bobby Liebling Pentagram gained cult fame in underground music scene in United States in 1970's. The group did not however get a record deal and decided to quit in 1979. In the early 1980's Liebling gathered a new group for Pentagram and debut album was released finally in 1985. As their second album was released in 1987 Pentagram split again and since 1993 Bobby Liebling has gathered Pentagram many times with various ensembles.
Easter Sunday at Korjaamo is warmed up by canadian Blood Ceremony and swedish Ghost. Founded in 2006 Blood Ceremony combines shades of doom metal and folk. Releasing their debut album "Opus Eponymous" in November Ghost will enchant the audience with their melodic heavy rock.
