| The seventh annual Finnish Metal Expo, the main event of Helsinki Metal Meeting is running over the Cable Factory on Feb 18.-19. This is where more than 50 operators in the metal music industry showcase their latest products and services in the exhibition area and the hottest metal phenomena take the stage. Tickets will be available on November 1st.
With just releasing their latest album “Blood Of The Nations” heavy metal band Accept will rise on the stage at Cable Factory On Saturday 19th. On Friday the stage will be taken over by power metal group Sabaton and sensational heavy metal group Triptykon. In addition to the major bands new comers like The Man-Eating Tree, melodic death metal group Dreamshade and the winner of Wacken Open Air Battle competition Battle Beast will also be seen during the weekend. Domestic know-how will be represented by melodic death metal group Mygrain and death/trash band Deatchain. More additions to the Cable Factory program will be announced shortly.
The Finnish Metal Awards gives the public the chance to vote the best of Finnish metal in 2010. The voting begins on Dec 1. at www.imperiumi.net/fma. The FMA-gala will be held at the Cable Factory on Saturday Feb 19.
