Rock group YES have been breaking the bounderies of rock during their 40-year career and arrive at Finland in December. The band have sold over 30 million albums and will perform at The Circus, Helsinki on Sunday December 11. YES arrive to Finland with the line-up consisting of original members Steve Howe, Chris Squire and Alan White and pianist Oliver Wakeman and singer Benoit David. The tickets will be available on Monday April 4.
Guitarist Steve Howe have played also with Asia and GTR and build up also a succesful solo career. Drummer Alan White joined YES in 1972. His skills have been used for example on John Lennon's "Image" and George Harrison's "Harrison All Things Must Pass" albums.
YES have combined many genres and styles in their music. Progressive art rock and dynamic musical contrasts are mixed often with abstract lyrics. The band have charmed audiences fir decades and gained fans from a generation after another.
