Grammis awarded Swedish hip hop artist Adam Tensta arrives to perform at Helsinki in June. Having released his sophomore album ”Scared Of The Dark” in April, Adam Tensta performs at Tavastia, Helsinki on Thursday June 2.
Adam Tensta's unique sound brakes barries when it comes to genuine urban
music in his homeland Sweden, but also internationally. Tensta's
sophomore album ”Scared Of The Dark” tells the story of success and how
hard it is to adjust to it and react and the relationships that have
been destroyed due to the difficulty in handeling these feelings. Also
his relaotionship with his father has been one of the topics.
After his debut album "It's A Tensta Thing" the artist has travelled
around the world from Stockholm to Addis Abeba and from Paris to Los
Angeles - with a huge success. His hit single "My Cool" has gained over
10 million viewers at Youtube and has been heard also at the American
tv-series "Entrourage" and videp games "Tony Hawk Ride" and "NBA2K".
Tensta has supported the likes of Jay-Z. Youssou N'Dour, Akon, Rick Ross
and Rihanna.
