Next summer for the 34th time organized Provinssirock Festival has announced its first artists. The Finnish metal success Nightwish, the Amerian Slayer and the electro duo Justice from France will be starring at the Festival held in Seinäjoki at Törnäväsaari between 15th and 17th of June. The three day Christmas edition tickets are available at Tiketti for the last summer’s ticket price until the end of December.
The father of thrash metal, Slayer, has released nine studio albums, sold millions of records and won three Grammys and many other awards during their 30-year-long career. Now, after 10 years, Slayer will be back at Provinssirock.
The French electro duo Justice is also returning to Provinssirock since their last performance at the festival in 2008: the strobe lights, dj duo’s silhouettes and groundbreaking electronic music drove the audience into wild dancing that summer. The Finnish Nightwish, that has just recently released their newest album “Imaginaerum”, is returning in front of audience after a few silent years and will bring their superb show in front of Provinssirock audience the upcoming summer.
