The new leading name in balkan pop, the German Shantel & Bucovina Orkestar is bringing their “Anrchy & Romance” tour to Helsinki. Known for its brilliant live concerts the orchestra is perfroming at The Circus on Saturday, December the 8th in a night organized by club Balkan Fever. Shantel has performed with his band earlier in Huvilateltta and at Flow Festival 2011. The artist has also kept the dance floors busy as a DJ in several sold out Balkan Fever clubs in Helsinki.
The new “Anarchy & Romance” album that the tour is celebrating, combines the Shantel way gipsy music with electronic sounds, swing, punk, reggae and klezmer. The final produce is the most fresh and vibrant dance music around. In addition to Shantel & Bucovina Orkestar the event brings forth the Blakan Fever DJs Borz and Levy. The Finnish Borz has risen among the leading European Balkan DJs and performs nowadays in top clubs around the continent. DJ Levy a.k.a. Pjotr will close the night fabulously with the biggest Finnish gipsy hit songs and music videos.
