Organised on 22-23 July at Hämeenlinna Wanajafestival has announced their first bands. Friday will be headlined by Welsh Manic Street Preachers.
The band visited Finland last time in 2008 and is known from such hits
as " If You Tolerate This Your Children Will Be Next", "A Design for
Life" and " You Stole The Sun From My Heart". The band has sold millions
of albums and released their newest album last year including the hit
song "Postcards From A Young Man". Two day tickets will be available on
March 18.
Festival also offers a wide range of domestic names as rock band Apulanta, metal group Kotiteollisuus, rap artist Petri Nygård, having released his praised album "Helsinki-Shangri-La" last year Paleface, Kaija Koo, metal group Turmion Kätilöt, singer-songwriter Samuli Putro, metal band Doom Unit, electro group Uusi Fantasia, pop band Happoradio, Ultramariini, The Freza and Hevikorolla rise on stage.
