Organised on 15-17 July the 40-year old Ilosaarirock has announced more performers to their line-up. The Scottish punk-legend The Exploited arrive at Laulurinne in July. Also young indie-pop artist Kate Nash will rise on stage at Ilosaarirock. Domestic line-up is confirmed by psychedelic rock trio Von Hertzen Brothers, rock'n'roll legend Michael Monroe, electro duo Villa Nah, indie-pop group Rubik, metal band Medeia, Pertti Kurikan nimipäivät, Ablazer and Omnium Gatherum. CMX have been forced to cancel their show at Ilosaarirock. Tickets will be available on Monday April 4.
Celebrating their 40th Anniversary Ilosaarirock proudly presents their headlining act. Returning to stage after a 20-year break, legendary Finnish rock band Sielun Veljet will surely offer a show to remember. Other confirmed acts are Phex Twin, Blackfield, Buzzcocks, Gentleman, Iced Earth, Kvelertak, Melt-Banana, Ojos De Brujo and Red Sparowes among other great top names.
Traditional Sulo Klubi -club will be held on Friday July 15 and offer such domestic bands as Sir Elwoodin hiljaiset värit, Anna Puu, Kotiteollisuus, Jätkäjätkät, Tumppi Varonen & Problems, Jaakko Laitinen & Väärä Raha, Ultramariini and Mona.
