The hip hop sensation Kendrick Lamar at The Circus in February

The American hip hop artist Kendrick Lamar became an instant star in almost one night. He is currently the hottest name in genre and will perform at The Circus on Saturday, February the 16th. The ticket sale for the concert begins this Friday, October the 26th.

Kendrick Lamar rose on the top of hip hop scene from the restless streets of Compton in LA. This week he is releasing for a big record company for the first time. The album, ”good kid, m.A.A.d city”, is expected to become a huge hit: critics name it high on their “Album of the Year” listings and Pitchfork reviewed the record with 9,5 out of 10. In addition to the press, Lamar is praised by many top artists and he has gotten opportunities to collaborate with stars like Lady Gaga, Dr. Dre and Pharrell Williams.

Kendrick Lamar is an artist in whom talent, vision, devotion and a musical sense of style combine. He continues in the path of his idol Tupac Shakur to the front line of hip hop world and gets comparisons to such like Jay-Z, Eminem and The Notorious B.I.G.
