Our phone service sells and books tickets every day from 9 am to 9 pm.
Tiketti has an extensive outlet network from Helsinki to Oulu, including all Stockmann department stores in Finland, several Sokos department stores and record shops all over Finland.
Pre-booked or -purchased tickets can be collected with the order number at any R-Kioski of Finland.

We respond quickly to customers’ questions. We are easily joinable via info line, e-mail, website, outlets and social media. In addition, chat guidance is available for event organisers on the sales system side.
- My Tiketti
As a registered user, purchasing tickets is even quicker than before. The customer can claim his/her booking directly from My Tiketti, which also stores the PDF tickets until the gig.
- Cultural vouchers and cards
Tiketti outlets sell tickets against most of the cultural vouchers and cards. Tiketti online shop accepts Kulttuuripassi and R-Kioski accepts KulttuuriPassi, Smartum Saldo and Wellness Wallet. The possibility to pay for tickets with cultural vouchers and cards is selected by the event organiser.
- Tiketti Gift Card
The Tiketti Gift Card sealed in a gift envelope is a popular gift that can be used to purchase tickets in outlets and at the online shop.
- Everyday joustoluotto credit
A customer of Everyday joustoluotto credit gets on average 45 days of interest-free payment time for the purchase when the order is paid for by invoice as a single settlement by the due date.
- Tiketti insurance
The customer can purchase insurance for his/her ticket that will cover the ticket price, if the ticket cannot be used, for example, due to illness.
- Queuing system
