The American guitar hero Steve Vai will be releasing his newest solo album ”The Story of Light” in August and a tour bearing the same name will bring the star to Finland as well late this fall. Vai will be performing with his band in Tampere at Pakkahuone on Monday, October 22nd and in Helsinki at The Circus on Tuesday 23rd. Tickets are available at Tiketti now.
Steve Vai belongs among the world’s most skillful guitarists. He began his career in Frank Zappa’s band three decades ago. Later he has recorded with many other huge names like Whitesnake, Motörhead, David Lee Roth and Ozzy Osbourne, but still, Vai is best known as a solo artst. His debut “Flex-Able” came out in 1984 andhis breakthough Vai made at least by the year 1990 with the album “Passion and Warfare”.
