One of the biggest R&B super stars, the American Usher, is finally arriving for his first concert in Finland as a part of his ”Euphoria” tour. Usher will be performing at Hartwall Arena in Helsinki on Monday, February the 25th. The ticket sale begins next Monday, on September the 24th.
Usher, who has been awarded with seven Grammies during his career, is one of the USA’s best selling artists ever. His versatile and soulful recordings have sold over 43 million pieces worldwide. The artist, Usher Raymond IV by his full name, has recorded with dozens of other world’s greatest super stars like Beyoncé, Alicia Keys, Shakira, Jay-Z and Enrique Iglesias and played live everywhere from Broadway to Super Bowl.
Usher made his international breakthrough with his “Confessions” album in 2004. The album’s hit track “Yeah” became the year’s biggest hit on the radio and the world’s dance floors. Later more hits have followed, for instance ”More”, ”DJ Got Us Falling In Love” and ”OMG”. Usher’s newest album “Looking 4 Myself” came out in June and shot straight to the first spot on the USA's Billboard chart. It’s already fourth time that the star’s album rises first on the chart as soon as it comes out.
