Carpathian Forest, formed in 1990, belongs among the best known Norwegian black metal bands. The band performs at Nosturi on Saturday, May the 27th. The ticket sale for the concert begins this Thursday, November the 15th.
Carpathian Forest is known for unpredictable live gigs where the audience has to expect what follows half scared. The aggressive ensemble doesn’t event itself always know what will happen on stage. The band’s leading figure, the vocalist Nattefrost, has nevertheless sobered up a short while ago and tells about life after curing treatment: “A decade passed in more or less obscure tail spin. Now I have been living in Telemark for a year as a family man, my mind is clear and the chemistry among the members of Carpathian Forest is better than ever – So Fuck You All!”
In addition to Nattefrost, the crew of Carpathian Forst includes the quitarists Tchart and BloodPervertor, the bassist Vrangsinn and Kobro on the drums. The band is working on their new album and will be updating more information of the release date on their Facebook page.
A support artist will be added for the night later on.
