| Combining indie rock, shoegaze and electronic music, Norwegian Serena-Maneesh will finally return to Finland. One of the band's few forthcoming club gigs will take place at Tavastia on September 4th 2010.
Founded by vocalist/guitarist Emil Nikolaisen and his bassist sister Hilma in Oslo in 1999, Serena-Maneesh released their acclaimed untitled debut album in 2005. After years of waiting, the duo released their sophomore album "No 2: Abyss In B Minor" in March. It showcases dark electronic rhythms and even black metal influences. Serena-Maneesh in 2010 are indeed both more furious and more delicate than ever before.
