| Listed as one of the most important indie pop bands, scottish Belle and Sebastian finally arrive to Finland in July 2010! The band will play at Tavastia Helsinki on July 12th 2010. Tickets will be available on Monday May 17th 2010 at 9 am.
Belle and Sebastian was discovered by indiepop fans from their first album ”Tigermilk” (1996), but is better known from the following two releases "”If You’re Feeling Sinister” (1996) and ”The Boy with the Arab Strap” (1998). These masterpieces have strongly influenced the whole indiepop genre and it's development.
Belle and Sebastian released their latest and so far most successful album "The Life Pursuit" in 2006. After a couple years of silence the band is touring this summer in a few carefully selected venues and the long awaited eighth album will be released later this year.
Belle and Sebastian will be performing also at Ruisrock, Turku on Sunday July 11th 2010, day before the long awaited group arrives to Tavastia.
