A rock band formed in 1996 Disco Ensemble will play their final gigs during the last months of 2018. During the farewell tour the band will perform at Olympia in Tampere, Rytmikorjaamo in Seinäjoki and Tavastia in Helsinki. The earlier released six gigs in Tavastia sold out almost instantly so you should get your tickets to the added gigs as soon as possible!
In Tavastia there will be a total of nine gigs which will leave it’s mark to the history of rock: Disco Ensemble will be the only band to have played this many nights straight in Tavastia. The previous record was Hanoi Rocks which played eight gigs during six days in Tavastia.
Before the tour Disco Ensemble, also know as the best live band in Finland commented their decision to call it a day: “Disco Ensemble has been a school, work and play but especially a huge, amazing adventure to us. There is no drama, all things just come to an end at some point. The biggest thank you and honour goes out to all of our fans – and these last gigs will be a thank you to them.”
