The Swedish retro rock band Graveyard tours Finnish cities
Graveyard, which has just released their new album ”Lights Out”, is coming to tour Finland next spring. The Swedish rockers will be seen at Klubi both in Turku and Tampere as well as at Tavastia in Helsinki and at Lutakko in Jyväskylä. The ticket sale begins on Friday, November the 2nd.
Graveyard has grown from a pastime project into a full-blood rock’n’roll band. The group flavors its groovy sounds with psychedelic tones and 70’s hardrock. Graveyard has collected comparison to the past decades' great names like Led Zeppelin and Black Sabbath. Still, the band sounds fresh and very lively indeed. The actively touring band has gathered great popularity all around Europe and, for instance the previous gigs in Finland have been completely sold out.
Death Hawks tours along as the supporting artist. The band’s leading figure Teemu Markkula’s love for blues is apparent in Death Hawks’ filmic music that deals with the theme of death in various aspects. The psychedelic kraut rock band released its praised debut album “Death & Decay” early this year and now it’s currently preparing new material. In January the band performs at Eurosonic festival and tours in Sweden and Norway.
