Heavy metal star Rob Zombie performs at Sonisphere Festival in Kalasatama, Helsinki on July 2. The band was added to the line-up to join Slipknot, In Flames, Mastodon, Opeth, Sonata Arctica and Stam1na. Rob Zombie arrives to his first solo show in Finland. More announcements to the line-up will be made later.
Rob Zombie is known as one of the most important musical leaders in metal scene and has also been active in directing music videos as well movie making. Rob Zombie played in the respected White Zombie group and after going solo the artist has been Grammy nominated three times. His latest album ”Hellbilly Deluxe 2” was released a year ago and continues with the same sound world and atmosphere as his first solo release ”Hellbilly Deluxe” (1998).
