Blackmore founded the band in 1975 and quickly gained popularity among hard rock friends. The band was active until mid-80s, returning for the year 1993 and again in 2015. Rainbow has sold over 28 million albums worldwide.
Rainbow will do only a few shows the coming summer. Their setlist has both the band’s own hits and Deep Purple’s biggest hits.
