Pop icon Prince has been confirmed to perform at Sziget Festival at Budapest, Hungary on August 8-10. Known for hundreds of hits Prince will be headlining the 0-day on Tuesday August 9. Other performers on 0-day are American Klezmatics, Serbian Boban i Marko Markovic Okrestar and Russian Leningrad.
Prince has been one of the biggest stars in pop music since 1976, selling over 100 million albums and gathering several Grammy nominations and also Golden Globe and Oscar prizes. In Addition to Prince, the festival also offer such stars as Thirty Seconds To Mars, Pulp, Empire of The Sun, The Progidy, Kaiser Chiefs, Manic Street Preachers, White Lies, Judas Priest, Mötorhead, Dizzee Rascal, Gogol Bordello, Sly & Robbie feat. Jr. Reid, The Chemical Brothers, Afrocubism, Ojos de Brujo, Hurts, Flogging Molly, Crystal Castles and hundreds of other performers. Finnish reprentatives are Ismo Alanko & Teho and Sonata Arctica.
