P!nk's "The Truth About Love" tour comes to Finland

The Grammy-awarded pop icon P!nk returnes to Finland in spring on her “The Truth About Love” tour. The flamboyant starlet with a strong voice will perform with her visually glamorous show at Hartwall Arena in Helsinki on Tuesday, May the 28th. The ticket sale for the concert begins next Monday, on October the 1st.

P!nk is known around the world as one of her generation’s most astonishing live performers. During the years 2009 and 2010 on her Funhouse and Summer Carnival tours P!nk sang live for over three million people in 194 breathtaking concerts. Also the Finnish concerts were sold out and praised by the critics and public alike. This spring the super star of pop music will arrive to Europe after her North American tour for 26 live gigs.

“The Truth About Love” tour celebrates P!nk’s newest album, fresh from the oven, carrying the same name as the tour. The album has been positively reviewed and rose on its release week straight to the top of iTunes worldwide chart. The album’s first single “Blow Me (One Last Kiss)” has also been in Finland one of the most popular tracks on the radio. P!nk combines her strength with the producer Greg Kurstin ( for instance Lily Allen, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Foster The People, The Shins) for the first time. Her long-lasting partners Max Martin, Shellback, Billy Mann and Butch Walker have also been included in the record making. According to P!nk ”The Truth About Love” is her insight on the different projections of love. Once again, the lyrics are partly very daring and P!nk brings her strong personality and opinions out in the open.

P!nk has released seven albums during her successful career. Her albums have sold over 40 million copies and and top charting  single releases over 65 million copies out of which almost 20 million in digital form. P!nk has won several awards, including three Grammies, two Billboard Music Awards, five MTV Video Music Awards and two People’s Choice awards.
