Killing Joke coming to Helsinki
Killing Joke, an alternative music cult favorite that was formed for over 30 years ago, is playing a concert at the Circus in Helsinki on Friday, May 4th. The tickets for the gig of the British band will become available on Friday, November 18th.
Killing Joke belongs to one of most influential alternative music groups of last decades. Dozens famous bands from Nirvana to Metallica have named the band that combines post punk, industrial and grim goth rock as one of their most important inspirer. When the band's long-time bassist Paul Raven passed away, the band returned to their original crew with Jaz Coleman, Kevin “Geordie” Walker, Martin “Youth” Glover and Paul Ferguson. They were last seen in Finland last summer on Tuska Open Air Festival and their previous club venue 2010 was completely sold out.
