The British pop rock band Keane has just released their newest album and now the band is leaving on the road. The greatly popular Keane has been awaited visitor to Finland for ever since their last concert eight years ago. Finally the wait is over: the quartet will be performing at The Circus in Helsinki on Wednesday, July 18th. The tickets are available at Tiketti now.
Keane, formed in misty East Sussex, became an instant hit with their debut record “Hopes & Dreams” in 2004 – the record sold over 5 million copies and and ended up being a nine time platinum selling album. The band continued with releasing an album once every two years and touring ardently. Finally, the band members ended being so tired that they came close to breaking up the whole band – luckly, they chose to simply have a four years break instead. Now the friendship of the well-rested founder trio Tim Rice-Oxley, Richard Hughes and Tom Chaplin is warm and close once again. The band has also added a fourth member, Jesse Quinn, behind the bass and keyboard.
