The British indie rock band Kaiser Chiefs is coming for its first visit to Finland this fall. Their fourth studio album “The Future is Medieval” was released in June and now the band is coming to Helsinki to perform in Circus on Friday, October 14th. Ticket sale begins on Wednesday, August 17th.
Kaiser Chiefs, formed in 1997, is known for its hits such as ”Ruby”, ”I Predict a Riot” and “Oh My God”. The band made its breakthrough in 2005 with its debut “Employment” and gained a lot of positive media attention. The band then grew fast and soon toured around the world and performed for audiences of tens of thousands. Later albums have continued the success – they’ve surpassed 6 000 000 sales and have been awarded many times, with three Brit Awards among others. Kaiser Chiefs’ catchy melodies and grand charisma work fabulously on gigs stage. The latest album “The Future Is Medieval” was released with a possibility for fans to choose their own set of tracks and album’s single “Little Shocks” became a hit.
