Julian Marley, the son of the reggae legend Bob Marley, will be performing at Hernesaari on the 31st of July. British-Jamaican Julian is known for his Rastafarian lyrics and smooth r&b sound.
His latest album "Awake" was released in 2009 and the album is a brilliant mix of r&b and emo-pop sounds.
"Awake" won the "Best Album of the Year" in the International Reggae and World Music Awards in New York and It was also nominated for the "Best Reggae Album" in the Grammy Awards.

Kyle Falconer, the frontman of mega-popular The View will be opening for Julian Marley & The Uprising. Falconer will perform material from his upcoming "No Thank You" solo album, to be released in July. Check the first single "Poor Me" from the album here.
