Sonic Rites Presents: Agrimonia (SWE), Kürøishi, Vivisektio

AGRIMONIA (SWE):
Since emerging from Gothenburg in 2005, Agrimonia has shaped a sound where post‑metal, sludge, crust, and hints of death and black metal meet in long, atmospheric movements. Their music blends melancholy, weight, and dissonance into a dark journey with a cohesive and immersive narrative.
Across four albums, Agrimonia has refined their prog‑tinged form of metal into a powerful, raw, and atmospheric experience.
The band is currently completing work on their fifth album, slated for release in 2026.

KÜRØISHI:
Oulu-based maniacs of Kürøishi force in with ruthless power and raving madness, like you have let the savage beast maul freely all of the herd inside a safe barn. What makes Kürøishi different from kindred acts are definetely the perverse, playful riffs and small details that suddenly burst out of the solid layer of d-beat chaos. Their latest album ’Egocide of the Warmad’, which was released in February 2025, continues the solid discography of this deadly squad.

VIVISEKTIO:
Vivisektio is a fast, furious and extremely angry hardcore act. Their origin is in Lapland in the first half of '80s and their latest record Uusi Normaali was released via Svart Records in 2022. They have shown that they are one of the most important hardcore bands in Finland.
