Being on top of urban music the American rap artist
Flo Rida performs at The Circus, Helsinki on
Wednesday May 11. Tickets will be available on
Tuesday April 19. Flo Rida has been one of the
pioneers in combining urban music with electronic
sounds. He was presented to the bigger audience after
the release of his debut album ”Mail On Sunday” in 2008
and his hit single "Low". After this the artist has
released hits such as "Right Round", "Club Can't Handle
Me” and “In The Ayer”. Flo Rida has also worked with the
likes of David Guetta, Dj Tiesto, Akon, Kesha, T-Pain,
Three 6 Mafia and Will.I.Am. The artist will be
supported by Uniikki, Mikael Gabriel and a street dance
show.

Electro artist, producer and the creator of the DIM
MAK record label, American Steve Aoki
arrive at Finland for the first time. The artist will
perform at Club Yk, Helsinki on Tuesday May
3. Tickets will be available on Tuesday April
19. The praised electro icon Aoki has produced albums
for the likes of Snoop Dogg, Bloc Party and Peaches. His
upcoming own release features acts such as Weezer, Kid
Cudi, Blacgstar, Uffie, Lil Jon, Travis Barker and Kele
from Bloc Party. Aoki is known for rough live shows and
has been awarded for his performances from Ibiza to USA.
The evening is supperted by Rico Tubbs, Fat&Ez dj's,
Heavyweight DJs and Elliot Ness, among others.

Hurts and Röyksopp at Positivus Festival 2011 in Latvia
Röyksopp, James, Editors, Beach House, Mark
Ronson and Hurts are all
confirmed to play at the fifth edition of Positivus
Festival, held on July 15-16 at Salacgriva,
Latvia. The line-up this year also includes
OK Go, Chapel Club, Tunng, Fanfarlo, The
Kissaway Trail, Pulled Apart By Horses, Frankie &
The Heartstrings, Yoav and Dry The River and
many more. Positivus Festival is the
largest in the Baltics. The long summer nights all but
guarantee plentiful sun, whilst the festival's location
complete with a beach and lush woodland ensures a
lungful or two of fresh Nordic air to go with the sunny
spells. Those tired out by the music and entertainment
can hide away in the sand dunes, take a nap in hammocks
slung between the pine trees, or have a splash in the
Baltic Sea.
