Ylva Haru celebrates 10 years of her musical journey with a solo tour that will also make its way to G Livelab Tampere. The evening will be opened by Nicholas Francett!
Ylva Haru is a Finnish singer-songwriter and producer creating Finnish-language folk/pop-Americana-inspired music. Her sound and songs combine sensitivity, rich layers of guitars and vocal harmonies, strong melodies, and thoughtful, poetic lyrics.
The artist’s story began on Klovharun, Tove Jansson’s island retreat, where, during a visit in autumn 2012, the singer-songwriter heard the sea singing. This magical experience gave birth to the artist name Ylva Haru, which has lived on through her released songs since 2016.
Nicholas Francett is a singer-songwriter from Inari whose music paints with poetic, delicate, and gentle tones. His songs echo with longing, the fragility of life, and solace — but also with humour and the lightness of cotton candy. Francett’s music creates a soft space to pause, breathe, and feel.
Cloakroom fee 3 € included in the ticket price.
