VIP TICKET
The VIP ticket includes a delicious daily-changing VIP menu that takes special dietary requirements into account. The VIP area features dedicated restaurant services and restroom facilities, as well as program designed exclusively for VIP guests. Dedicated VIP hosts are on hand to ensure an excellent experience throughout your visit.

OPEN DAY TICKET
The Open Day Ticket entitles you to redeem a single-day ticket for the day of your choice.
Redemption of single-day tickets will begin when the day tickets go on sale.
The single-day ticket must be redeemed by 30 April 2027, by which time the festival’s daily programme will have been published.

ACCESSIBILITY
An assistant may always enter the event free of charge, but the person requiring assistance must have a valid admission ticket. The “Wheelchair user + assistant” ticket is intended only for customers who use a wheelchair. The “Customer + assistant” ticket is intended for customers who require an assistant in their daily activities. You can read more about the assistant policy here.
