King Crimson’s music in an orchestral arrangement, with the magnificent Marko Hietala shining as the soloist, will leave no one untouched. The concert features music from King Crimson’s notable 1980s albums Discipline, Beat and Three of a Perfect Pair. The orchestra is conducted by Jukka Iisakkila.
Marko "Marco" Hietala is one of Finland’s most internationally known musicians. He is the founder, bassist and vocalist of the metal band Tarot, and is also known as a long-time former member of Nightwish.
King Crimson is a London-based band and one of the earliest and most influential representatives of progressive rock.
