Marko Haavisto & Poutahaukat is a long-standing band whose music blends the traditions of American roots music with the honesty of Finnish storytelling. Their sound carries influences from country and blues, among others — all flavored with their own distinctive style.

The evening opens with Tuomas Räisänen, a Tampere-based country singer-songwriter releasing his debut album Ghosts of Love this spring. His music combines the rich, varied history of American music in a progressive country spirit, delivered with authenticity, skill, and emotion, without following trends. At G Livelab, Räisänen performs with drummer Ville Lehtovaara and bassist Ville Vallila.
