Hiljaiset All Stars

This house band, made up of top-tier musicians, brings the key vocalists from the history of Hiljaiset Levyt to the Livelab stage to perform their signature songs.

Dave Treganna Band

Dave Treganna is an original 1970s punk musician who has played during his long career in bands such as Sham 69, The Lords of the New Church, and Cherry Bombz and Shooting Gallery led by Andy McCoy. Now based in Finland, Dave’s band features vocals by Pete Honkamäki, known from The Vibrators, as well as Marko Säärelä. The band members most recently played together in Pelle Miljoona & Pispala Punks.

Pojat

After releasing their debut album in 1990, Pojat quickly rose to the top of the so-called ramopunk genre alongside Ne Luumäet and Luonteri Surf. In January 1992, their song “Pasi Virtanen” reached number one on the official singles chart.

Over the years, the band has released nine studio albums, including their latest release, the 2023 album “Nämä ajat”. In addition, Pojat have released numerous singles, EPs, compilations, and participated in various collaborative projects, such as Christmas albums and a live album released under the name Ne Luupojat Surf. Frontman Miika Söderholm also released his solo album “Kuusnolla” in 2016.

Alongside guitarist/vocalist Miika Söderholm, the current lineup includes Miki Leivo (bass, backing vocals) and Timo Tolppa (drums). Judging by audience feedback, the band is in top form with no signs of slowing down. To quote Keith Richards: “we’re gonna bop ’til we drop!”

The evening will be hosted by the legendary Alivaltiosihteeri, who may just have a surprise hidden in the pocket of their blazer?!
