Wristband Exchange

Helsinki City Festival wristband exchange points are located this year at Apollo and Mall of Tripla. Opening hours:

Mall of Tripla (Fredrikanterassi 1)
Tue 9 June: 12:00–19:00
Wed 10 June: 12:00–19:00
Thu 11 June: 11:00–20:00
Fri 12 June: 10:00–22:00
Sat 13 June: 10:00–22:00
Sun 14 June: 10:00–21:00

The wristband exchange point is located on the corner of Tripla’s Event Square on the 4th floor (station level), next to the Info Desk and Sokos Hotel Tripla.
From Tripla, you can easily reach the festival area either by foot or by tram (lines 2 and 7). Walking distance to Nordis is approximately 1.4 km.

Apollo Sports Bar (Mannerheimintie 16)
Fri 12 June: 10:00–22:00
Sat 13 June: 10:00–22:00
Sun 14 June: 10:00–21:00

On Friday and Saturday, the Apollo wristband exchange point is located inside the Sports Bar. Entrance is available from Mannerheimintie or through Forum shopping centre. On Sunday, wristband exchange takes place on Apollo’s terrace next to the Sports Bar.

Please note that all tickets must be exchanged for wristbands at the advance exchange points before entering the festival area. Wristbands are attached directly to the wrist, and tickets cannot be exchanged on behalf of another person.
