Aili Ikonen's unique voice was recorded for the first time more than 20 years ago. He has released five solo albums: Laulan (2016), Piirrä minut (2017), Suru ei oo suara viiva (2020), Helposti palavaa (2023) and Valo (2024), recorded with the Oulu Sinfonia.
In addition, Aili Ikonen has interpreted both Ella Fitzgerald, ABBA and Hector's texts from the 60s and has become known for bands that explore different sides of music, such as Kvalda, Herd & Aili Ikonen, Korpi Ensemble and Hereä.
