Equality and accessibility

Equality and accessibility

Everyone should have the right to enjoy culture. Our aim is to make cultural events easy to access for everyone.

Equality is one of Tiketti’s core values. That is why we encourage event organisers to continuously promote equality and maintain accessibility.

Please note that Tiketti’s customer service is only able to answer questions based on information the event organiser has provided us. All information received from the organiser is available in the event’s additional information both in our online store and at our ticket offices, assisting our employees at point of contact. However, should you have further questions, we will do our best to find an answer for you.

Contact us

Tiketti’s professional customer service helps in matters related to equality and accessibility via our customer care at 010 843 1611 (local rates apply, opening hours) and via e-mail at [email protected].

Wheelchair spaces

In regard to sales of wheelchair spaces, we always encourage the event organiser to make the purchase experience as smooth as possible by making wheelchair tickets available online along with regular tickets. In case there are event-specific exceptions, we inform of the exception in the event information.

Does my assistant need a ticket?

For the majority of our events, assistants are provided free entry when accompanying the customer. This is not limited to customers with reduced mobility. The rule applies to any customer that requires an assistant.
