"Though into dust my body will disintegrate, my mind will command the thunder." Gavrila Romanovich Derzhavin (1743-1816)
INFINITO is about human being's fascination towards immortality. Can it be achieved and is it worth striving for? What can we gain through an eternal life?
Choreographer Andriana Seecker does both the physical expression and the visual planning together with scenographer Ada Halonen. Seecker has worked with Sirius Teatern twice before: in Under (2014) and Houellebecq! Ilja Lehtinen, the winner of Kritiikin Kannukset award 2019, has the main responsibility for the text and the dramaturgy. On scene, besides Seecher and Letinen, we also see Sirius Teatern's own actors Wilhelm Grotenfelt ja Paul Holländer.
