One of the most interesting indie groups at the moment Scottish Glasvegas arrive to their first ever club gig in Finland. Releasing their awaited new album in beginning of April Glasvegas perform at The Circus, Helsinki on Tuesday May 17.Tickets will be available on Monday March 28.
Glasvegas rose to fame in UK after releasing their praised debut album in 2008. The album rose to second place in British charts and quickly sold gold and then platinum. British media praised the band and soon they head to tour in The United States. On their tour in Europe in 2009 Glasvegas paid an unforgettable visit to Ruisrock Festival in Turku. In autumn 2009 Glasvegas received many nominations, for example for Mercury Prize and NME Award.
Their sophmore album "EUPHORIC /// HEARTBREAK" will be released on April 4 and features the band's new drummer Swedish Jonna Löfgren. The show in April will surely offer hits like "Geraldine", "It’s My Own Cheating Heart That Makes Me Cry", and "Daddy’s Gone" and as well new songs.
