In June 2025, a permanent exhibition opened at Finlandia Hall, inviting visitors on an inspiring journey to the sources of creativity of Alvar,
Aino, and Elissa Aalto, as well as to the heart of Finnish identity. This story-driven exhibition presents creativity, Finnishness, and humanity in an unprecedented way—through the lives and works of the Aaltos, key events in Finnish history, and the unique Finnish relationship with nature and forests.
The exhibition invites you to sense, linger, and participate.

The admission tickets are valid for 12 months.
You may visit the exhibition on any day of your choosing within the opening hours.
Free entry for children under 7 years.
The admission ticket entitles the holder to one entry to the exhibition.
GUIDED EXHIBITION TOUR
Welcome to experience the exhibition through a narrative-guided tour led by a guide from the Alvar Aalto Foundation. The guided tour delves into the life’s work of the Aaltos, their architecture, and their human-centered design philosophy. This approximately one-hour tour offers a unique perspective on the creative legacy of Alvar, Aino, and Elissa, as well as their influence on Finnish culture and international architecture. The tour also includes an overview of the architecture and history of Finlandia Hall, and when possible, the guide will present spaces on the second floor of the building that are not normally open to the public.
The product includes an admission ticket to the Finlandia exhibition, a guided tour of approximately one hour, and the opportunity to explore the architecture and unique spaces of Finlandia Hall.

Finlandia Bistro is a modern tribute to craftsmanship and Finnish ingredients.
Operating for the first time at Finlandia Hall, this à la carte restaurant serves dinner Thursday through Saturday.
The menu follows the seasons, showcasing local ingredients and harvest cycles. The dining experience is enhanced by a carefully selected wine and cocktail list, where timeless classics meet the clean and authentic flavors of Finnish nature.

To ensure the preservation of the exhibition space and the safety of the artworks, we kindly ask that no food, drinks or large items such as umbrellas are brought into the exhibition area. Items can be left in the cloakroom or in a storage locker.
Entry into the exhibition space with studded shoes is prohibited.
Recording the exhibition is not allowed. The exhibition content is protected by copyright, and recording or sharing it is not permitted without separate permission.
The address of Finlandia Hall is Mannerheimintie 13e. The entrance to the exhibition is located on the lobby level of Finlandia Hall. The nearest exterior doors are the M4 doors on the Mannerheimintie side. The lobby can also be accessed from the Töölönlahti side, from Karamzininranta, or directly via elevator from the Aimo Park Finlandia parking garage.
