| Titled as one of the most interesting british indierock bands today, Editors arrive to Helsinki in May for their first ever club gig in Finland. Having released their latest album last autumn the band is performing at Tavastia, Helsinki on May 7th 2010. Tickets will be available on Thursday January 28th.
Last seen in Finland at Provinssirock summer 2009, Editors are to come back after releasing their third album "”In This Light And On This Evening” in September 2009. Editors have so far released two platinum studio albums, selling over two million copies between them worldwide. Their debut album "The Back Room" was released in 2005, containing hits such as "Munich" and "Blood" and the following year received a Mercury Prize nomination. Their follow-up album "An End Has A Start" went to number one in the UK Album Chart in June 2007 and earned the band a Brit Awards nomination for best British Band.
Editors are known from such hits as "Smokers Outside The Hospital Doors”, “An End Has A Start”, “The Racing Rats”, “Munich”, “All Sparks” and “Papillon”.
